Meet the Board
Our dedicated board members are passionate about the real estate industry and are committed to sharing their knowledge and experience with others. We take pride in being active in the community, supporting local initiatives, and giving back.

For the real estate market in Lewis Center, recent trends continue to highlight a dynamic and competitive environment. Over the past year, home values have remained resilient, with modest fluctuations in listing prices alongside steady growth in sold prices—reflecting strong buyer demand despite ongoing affordability pressures. Inventory levels have remained tight, with fewer homes available compared to prior periods, reinforcing a supply-demand imbalance that continues to shape pricing and negotiation dynamics.
As we move through 2026, Ohio’s housing market remains stable with persistent underlying strength. Limited inventory—especially in entry-level and mid-range housing—continues to be a defining factor across high-demand areas like Central Ohio. Buyers are still facing competitive conditions, often requiring quick decision-making and well-structured offers. At the same time, sellers are benefiting from sustained demand, though pricing strategies and property presentation are more important than ever in a market that is gradually normalizing.
Looking ahead, the expectation is for continued steady demand, gradual inventory improvements, and a more balanced pace of appreciation. Interest rates and broader economic conditions will remain key variables, but overall, the Lewis Center market is well-positioned for continued activity and opportunity.
As President of the Lewis Center Area Realty Association, I’m proud to help bring our local real estate community together to learn, grow, and support one another. By fostering strong connections and encouraging collaboration, we can continue to elevate our market and better serve our clients. If you’re a realtor or affiliate in our community, I invite you to get involved—share ideas, gain insights, and help shape the future of real estate in Lewis Center.
